I don't know what Quat plus is, but I assume you're talking about washing the leaves on the trees or plants. How often are you doing that? Can't you just take out the plants and use a hose and soapy water in a mister? Once you wash down a new plant really good, you shouldn't have to wash it much more since the misting you should be doing every day will keep rinsing the leaves. Maybe I misunderstood the question.
