Ok Satan, I'm not trying to argue with ya, first off. Now, as I've said, I'm not good with reading these legislations. As I read it, I didn't see any herps on those lists. Someone else read it and didn't see them listed either. So I'm trying to learn here. This is my goal for this post. I'm not trying to be a smart ass with my next question. How/where did you see them included?? Is it in one of the sub chapters that would make you look up another form or whatever???? Like I said I must be missing something here, so please explain what parts your getting it from. It'll help me learn how to read these documents in the future, and what parts to use to try and fight this.
