Ball Python Problem!

So I have this one female het albino ball I bought. I've had it since late fall and when I first got it, it refused to eat..so I thought it might be one of those snakes that goes off food during winter but I still tried to feed it every other week. But since its warmed up I've been trying everything to get it to eat and I've noticed something...it seems that its hungry because she goes after it and strikes, but when she strikes she quickly recoils and realigns her jaw and it almost seems like its painful for her to bite. I was thinking now that maybe she has a problem in her mouth but it seems all clear..i'm really stumped and have no idea whats going on. She still drinks, is hydrated, sheds, and her weight has remained about the same. But has only pooped about twice this entire time..any help would be greatly appreciated.
