New Baby Jackson's Chameleon!!!! Neonate!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I just bought a baby Jackson's chameleon and his eyes arent open....He just lays on his branch..He is tiny! 2-3 weeks old!!!!! How do i take care of it?? I mist the cage keep him warm. I have Ficus limbs in there....When i touch him he walks a little..HELP!!!! Anything you know will definetley help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
