Hi-



Jackson babies are not stable until at least 3 months of age. Most pet shops and breeders will not buy the babies under this age because of this. Jackson's are a monate species, so they will prefer lower temps and higher humidity. With babies it is best to keep them on the cooler side of the temp range, and keep up the humidity. I would be careful about over misting, over heating, and over supplementing with him. Make sure you are not misting so much that a pool of water collects in the bottom of the tank, and you allow a dry time between misting. This will lower your chances of him getting a URI. Feed a mix of fruit files and pinheads. Make sure you gut load the pinheads with a high quality gutload not chicken feed! Keep handling to a minimal. If he is closing his eyes while the lights are on that is not a good sign, and would lead me to think he is being over supplemented. Best of luck!
