Can't say if it's normal for a Honduran, I've only had one for a short while myself, but it's nothing to worry about right now. my adult Black Milk for the past two years has gone off her regular feeding pattern around this time... didn't eat for almost 4 months last year.

I'd dump the heat lamp. 92 degrees is far too hot for a Honduran, any milk snake actually... even the 85 is pushing the upper limits. Mine prefers her hide that's in the high 70's. Kept a hide with temps in the mid 80's for a short while but she never used it so now I just keep things in the low and high 70's from one end to the other.
