I have to ask - how the heck did they get stuck on duct tape???? It could be a response to the tape or the oil (what type?) that you used or both. The tape would pull at skin, making it raw, and the oil could have aggravated it. If there was anything unclean an infection could easliy set in. I would get it to a vet ASAP. If they are infections of some sort and they burst you may have even more problems. A vet may lance them and/or give you antibiotics. Don't wait for more answers online - call your vet! Hope it all turns out OK!

>>I have a male (what I think is male) green anole. Today, as I was fixing the plants in his terrarium I noticed that towards his back legs, right where his legs meet his tail, there were two bumps. These bumps kind of looked as if bones were coming through his skin. As I watched him walk around (he looked as though it was painful, only taking one or two steps at a time), I noteced that the two bumps never changed, so they can't be bones sticking out. Although where the bumps are, the skin is peeling. About a week and half ago, he got stuck on duct tape and I had to use oil to get him un-stuck. I did wash off the oil though. Are these bumps a reaction from the duct tape?? I really have no idea what they are. The bumps are kind of white looking...resembles a puss infection of some sort. The female that is in the cage with him does not appear to have any problems (she was also stuck on the duct tape). The male was stuck on the tape more than the female was though. I would greatly appreciate any input on what the bumps could be.
