Western Hognose would be like the bull snake I had - not a good ideas since I am taking them around to show to school children. If something happened to startle it - it would go into huff/hiss mode and probably frighten the children (not the target I am looking to hit).



Thanks for the suggestion though - since posting I have aquired a Hog Isla boa - 6 footer and very calm.
