Addressing Female Eating on Eggs Photo: I actually agree with BuzzardBall. It is a cool picture, but I would be worried about damaging the eggs... It's fine if you guys want to try it, but it's not a choice I would have made.
Addressing any Reptile Husbandry Argument Ever: In any situation at all, it bothers me when reptile people validate what they do because of "what would happen in the wild." It is a moot argument. As a keeper, you are responsible to provide optimum care for your reptiles. "What would happen in the wild" is either here nor there.
Addressing the Comment of Feeding While Copulating: Seriously?! Feeding while COPULATING? That I would have to say, is wrong. You put them in a confined space to make them breed, them put them in a situation where food is available. The damage it could cause both of their vents (male or female) is way too high, just from the fast movements and the quarrel. Not to mention if they decided to wrap each other with their already connected tails in the process... ----- Cheers!
