I've had some yellow eggs that hatched before also Tim.

I'm with you Joe. I don't throw ANY egg away until it is without question going bad. It has to obviously smell or be starting to rot before I throw any egg away.

Not to offend anyone but I always find it funny when people ask "Did you candle them". I did that a few times many years ago but just see it as unnecessarily handling eggs. Weather I see any veins or not I'm sure not going to throw an egg away if it appears it might be good.
