I did my best to maintain temps and in spite of rough truck suspensions noticed no ill effects. Last year I even had a female lay her eggs in the bag during transport and all the eggs hatched fine. With a little care they are surprisingly tough. A big cooler with tightly sealed incubator temp jugs of water might be a good idea but I didn't think of that until just now and did my temp maintenance using the auto heater or a/c as needed (nothing like a three hour drive in the upper 80's after a hard day loading).
