Regardless of temps, IF they do hatch while you are out, it shouldn't be a problem depending on your hatching method. We had our eggs in a bin that separated the eggs from the wet substrate by a solid grate, so they came out of their eggs and just hung around the container until we could transfer them to a new one with paper towels in the bottom. If they have access to the substrate, then just move the pipping eggs over to wet paper towels then.
