possible IBD..Please help

My 2 year old female boa has been showing possible signs of ibd. ie:resting head and upper body up against the walls, refusing food, and lethargy when handled. I am getting her into the vet but just wondering if these are signs of ibd, or something else, also is ibd easily diagnosed?? any info would be greatly appreciated
