So my Hog island boa has what looks like a burn or something on the top of her tail. I recently got her from s&s exotics, but when she was shipped fedex messed up and the overnight shipping turned into a two day shipping, so i assume the injury on the tail was from the longer stay in the shipping box. id like the communities help identifying the problem and help me heal her.

There was also a recent incident where there was a fixure in her cage and i used some weak duct tape to fix it to a wall for some extra support. well the tape loosened up and the snake got her head stuck on the tape. luckily it was only for a couple minutes. so now she has a slightly lighter head color, also the scales over her eyes got messed up and they looked almost black for a couple hours(im assuming due to scales being lifted from her body or something along those lines), and other than that she seems fine, not acting any different or anything. but about 4 days later her eyes looked cloudy as if she was going to shed. but two days has passed and now she no longer looks like like she is going to shed. is this something i should be worried about?
