I had one last shot at it this year with a male Leopard 100% Double Het Pied Clown bred to a female 100% Het Clown. This girl is a 2006 animal and has never given me a clutch so I didn't have high hopes. I backed up this breeding with a male Mystic as an afterthought just in case the Leopard didn't get it done. The first two eggs I cut were normals and the third a Mystic. With that my hopes for hatching a Leopard Clown in this clutch were pretty well shot. Then to my surprise the next two I cut were Leopards so I started to regain some hope. The final egg I cut was this gorgeous male Leopard Clown! I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to see all the cool combos that can be made with the Leopard Clown and Leopard Pied Clown. | ||
