The really big show is here and perhaps not so big these days. Pituophis were scattered and few in representation. Just one person with hatchling Northern Pines (1!), a single lineaticollis of some 4' and thin, a couple of cups of "Snow Bulls", a few other "White bulls", two batches of hatchling ruthveni, as well as some yearlings. All of them looked to be quite legitimate and from responsible sources. Four deserticola babies were split between widely dispersed tables. One adult vertebralis lurked forlornly, as did two adult albino affinis and one albino Northern Pine, and a single hypo bull. Rounding it all out were two large female Northern Pines of normal color so far as predominately black/white goes. Not a single jani or D. deppei to be found. Lodingi were horribly down in representation, as were most of the high end sayi morphs of recent years. I forgot to mention the "Bumble Bee" Bulls, which are interesting if not sensational, an acquired taste perhaps. Balls Pythons and Leopard geckos continue to support the whole thing, so we should not begrudge them. Hi to Mr Discern... Lets get you back next year. TJ
