I keep mine on a 2/3 land set up. For about 6 months of the year I brumate him (not consecutively). This allows for somewhat natural conditions as I have always heard they have to be allowed to brumate throughout the year. Care when they are not brumating is similar to a horned frog, though they are more aquatic. Mine will only take fish for the most part but will also take nightcrawlers everyonce in a while. Temps are about the same as a horned frogs as well.
