IMO, definitely NOT a serious possibility. If it were going to happen, it would have happened with the Lacey Act listing. It didn't, because the boa market is too valuable and that listing would have caused undue economic impact. If people are getting out of boas, it should NOT be because of fear of them being banned. In fact, it would make sense that there should be higher demand for boas right now since they're among the largest snakes that are at little risk for such a legislative nightmare.
