KS E-Mail problem?

Why is the e-mail from buyers coming from a po box@kingsnake.com ?

Two months ago e-mails came direct from potential buyer inquiry, now it's routed thru KS box directory. Contacted KS and all they told me was that it was an old way of doing things.

Appreciate any one else's input.
