I would listen closely with your ear to the snake's face in a quiet room if you can hear any clicking/ticking/popping noises coming from the snake which would be indicative of an RI. It definitely needs to see a reptile knowledgeable vet for diagnosis and get treated with some antibiotics that target the specific bacteria if this is indeed what it has (which I suspect).
