Um, it's a female, not a male...

And it's a Sceloporus occidentalis. Not sure which subspecies it might be, but it's definitely a Western fence lizard. The males are gorgeous, with bright blue patches on their throat and belly and turquoise stripes tinting the chevrons on their back.
