My hondo is doing fine. He has really calmed down when I pick him up. The tail will wriggle a bit, but he hasn't musked or gone poo on me in probably 6 weeks. He's right at 2ft and as of a couple of weeks ago, 93g.

The problem I have going for me now is a cap and trade program has been implemented in my house. The number of snakes has been capped at 4 and if I want a new one, I have to trade another one out. I had to agree to this system to even get the Hondo. I've been looking at eastern/common/chain kings but I don't feel like giving up any of my current animals.

If I was going to give one up, it would be the ghost corn. He was an adult when I got him and so I never got to see him grow up. And I already have a different corn. I could trade the ghost for a chain and have 4 snakes of 4 different species.

I would feel guilty though trading in a corn for a king. But those kings are awesome too.....
