Though I've posted the polyz a lot lately... I was sorting through older pics and came across the photos of them I posted when I first got them... hopefully I'm not wrong in thinking a then and now might be a little interesting so...

My original post of the female Morticia

Here she is today crawling across the same piece of wood in the original photo.

Gomez back in the old days

And in a close up today to show how the orange tint on his head has been becoming a deeper orange with time.

Both are right around 50" and apparently intent on killing me by heart attach... first the female with the duct taped head then the male going mia for 4 days. Since his escape I do a head count before bed and before leaving for work... one morning last week Morticia wasn't in her usual out in the open hiding spot so I opened her enclosure to check in her hide... still no Morticia. I plopped myself into the chair I have at the enclosures with a sick feeling and muttering "You have to be #@$*&^% kidding me" ... from my lower vantage point I spotted her easily... testing out the holding power of the cable ties I now use to hold the plastic vines in place... though I was relieved to see her there I did spend a few more moments swearing at her.
