I found a nice piece of driftwood, cleaned it up, let it soak in soapy water with a little bleach, and dried it in the oven for about a half an hour at 300°F. I doubt it if any critters in the wood made it.

All the sankes I've ever kept were provided with some sort of branch hanging from the ceiling of the terrarium or its' side, and all used it for climbing regularly. It's good exercise for the snake, and keeps them from becoming couch potatoes. Letting them roam areound the room is great too!
