I prefer to use mice/fuzzy legs instead of tails, a lot more meat and slides down just as nice, and you can still use the by product to feed to your other snakes, I have gotten a lot of snakes on mice this way, I always offer it to them on there own first, and eventually it happens, then its on to the full thing after that provided they are big enough
