frank... a few questions

I have studied these guys and their habits in the wild off and on for the last 16 years. I know of a few others that have experience with hognose in different places such as Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, etc.

Where is your study area? I'm in northwest Texas. The hog populations here have similarities to those other populations but have some differences in activity times, preference of meals,tolerance and intolerance to certain prey etc.

Are the ones you re looking at western or mexican? I think the mexican hogs may have a higher heat tolerance than the westerns.
