Breeding question?

I tried feeding my female ball and she didn't eat so I than decided to put her in with my pastel any ways looked in the tub few hours later and noticed smears on the paper looked little like blood stains or close to that color on the paper. Now I started thinking did the rat bite my snake or was it discharge from one of the snakes? Any thoughts?
