Eggs don't have to be in medium to incubate. Propper temp and humidity are all that is required. Some people incubate eggs on plastic grate over water for proper humidity. With the eggs stuck together like this you may want to try this method. Check them every day for any signs that the top ones are drying out. Do you have temp and humidity gages in the incubator? As long as the humidity is good everything should be fine as is.
