Posted by: BallPall at Thu Apr 4 14:56:08 2013 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by BallPall ] OK to start, I'm not new to snake keeping at all. Unfortunately i am stumped with my problem. I currently have a ball python and a milk snake. Both are starting to get i guess you can say picky when they eat. Both used to eat great, no problems. To start with the python. He is becoming very picky and will not eat lately. I've had him for about a year now and i started him off on rat pups, ate those fine. I came to school fed him adult mice, still no problem. Became bigger, started with small rats, still no problem. Now lately i offer him small rats and nothing. I tried frozen, live, stunned and nothing. I offered him a live mouse and he took it no problem. The issue is i don't understand why he won't eat the rats anymore. Any thoughts. temperature humidity cage, everything is fine. [ Hide Replies ]
