Or there was a temp spike in the incubator. We all want answers as to why we lose an animal during incubation. Since you only lost one and had no incubator problems you just have to chalk it up to "Mother Nature". It happens to almost everybody. One egg goes bad or the baby comes out as a runt or deformed or any number of things. Sometimes there just is no simple answer. Don't beat yourself up over it. [ Hide Replies ]
