Stoeckl gets silly when he sees an American who hates his own country. Stoeckl would really celebrate if we had a lame President (like Gore) who would spend our tax dollars on welfare rather than national security. Stoeckl, you see likes the weaklings who want to see America weak. Fred is the perfect weakling for Stoeckl!
