Temp. Problems.....please help

I have BP's in a cage similar to a vision cage. its hard plastic with a sliding glass front that slide side to side. I have an under tank heater. The cage heats to about 75 degrees...How should I get it warmer or is 75 fine....i do keep about 80%-90% humidity.
