Spider Ball Head Wobble

I recently did a trade that included a spider ball and it has a weird head wobble and it always keeps it's neck kind of cocked. Eats fine and everything else. I was reading that most spiders have them. I wanted to trade it for something else but I don't want to trade something that's not 100%. Anyone have some input on this???
