Hatchling rack? Size does matter. Lol. Hide box? Ten days isn't that bad, they might of had big yolks. Feed late evening or at night. Is your rack in a place with a lot of foot traffic? Sometimes I'll tape a piece of newspaper to my rack to cover the front of a slow starters tub so they feel a little safer and can't see me in there messing with my other snakes. Just be patient. Don't keep looking in on them.
