Nothing more you can do at this point. Once you cut the egg it is up to the hatchling to come out. Keep it in the incubator and leave it alone. Meaning that you should not constantly check on it and open the incubator.
As far as your temp of 89-90 degrees, doubtful. If that was correct then you would have had the egg hatch in the same time frame as the rest of us. You don't say how you determined the temps or what equipment you are using. I use a couple of hovabators, real basic. I do use multiple thermometers, setup 10-14 days before the eggs come, and fine tune the setting. My eggs hatch in 51-56 days. I've had them take much longer, just like your reporting. That was before using a second device, thermometer, to fine tune the thermostat so my temps were consistently 88-90 degrees.
