Tx clarkii are indeed a great find. The few pics I've seen showed gorgeous animals. They are becoming increasingly rare in most parts of their range. I asked Scott about this as well but aren't clarkii protected in TX? I don't know but I thought they were for some reason.



A little something to try, if you can. Get out and walk the habitat right at dusk with a flashlight and you're probably going to come across several. Low tide also increases your chances.



In any case, awesome find and pics are a must.
