Australian Biodiversity Record by Richard Wells - is it a valid publication under the ICZN's code??

I've been advised that there is an alleged publication called "Australian

Biodiversity Record" by Richard Wells naming some new herp taxa.

I asked Richard for originals but none arrived (or were probably sent) and

so I am curious as to whether or not they actually exist outside of

Richard's posts on Kingsnake . com or his home computer.

Has anyone else here got original copies of the said publications

(dealing with Brown snakes and death adders - new taxa or

taxonomic/nomenclature acts) or are they non-existant making the names

invalid as per article 8 (I think that's the one) of the ICZN's current

code.

So I know the names are valid, I'd be keen to actually have originals of

the said publications.

Any help?

Can anyone send me the originals?
