Do try and understand something - you are not as smart as you think you are. Please be my guest and try and prove the names in the ABR are unavailable, and while you're at it, I'll soon be publishing even more issues for you to disprove. At this time, rather than give you a well-deserved verbal slapping around, I shall be my typically polite self and just point out the following for the benefit of others:

1. You WERE sent copies;

2. I know that you have seen them;

3. I know that you have already regarded them as validly published;

4. I may send you more if you recant your bumptious ways and behave in a more rational manner;

5. I shall soon be giving you a little taxonomic surprise...because not all the world conspires against you; and,

6. I am glad that you missed out on a jail sentence in your recent Court Case, although I do suspect that you will be seeking revenge against the Victorian legal system with another of your laborious, self-published diatribes. It would be inhuman of me to fail to suggest that we would all much prefer that your crusades against the evil ones go straight to a film script. Movies seem a much more preferable medium for fantasy than the printed word.
