Richard, I raise the issue of validity not on the basis of my reading the papers as you posted here - but because it has been asserted that they weren't actually published in hard copy which is something I'd assumed and taken as given.

I was advised that I should get hold of printed originals before citing them and so seek some.

Looking forward to getting them and I haven't seen any yet.

By the way, I haven't avoided jail, fines or whatever, the case continues.
