If you needed to remove ethem from their sacs they would have a real problem in the wild, wouldn't they. Just see the sac as a very thin eggshell. Healthy babies should not have any problem getting out of there. Normally they should not have any protrudng yolksac or anything like that, but I have had one baby born with a sac. It did not make it, but you could try putting it on moss and just leave it alone. Often it will be OK.

As far as feeding is concerned. Some try to feed before the first shed. I wait for the first shed (after about 2 weeks) and then offer food. Most of them take it without problems and never look back. hould be as easy or easier than jungles.
