And we used a brand that was supposed to have a mold inhibitor. None of the flies had any problems. However, some people made their culture too runny and some flies drowned. I'm assuming you're using the stumpy winged flies that don't fly, so just try to make sure when you mix the stuff up it's nice and thick. If you're concerned about the mold harming the animals who eat the flies, I think some mold is going to grow regardless of an inhibitor being present. Good luck with the flies, they multiply ridiculously fast. | ||
