My Central American Banded Gecko, has a lump around his chest area, well just recently this bump opened up and now you can see it. It's yellowish color and looks really gross. I've tried neosporin on him daily, but I don't know what else to do. Someone told me it might be traces of a parasite that is finally leaving the body, but that sounds very odd. Please HELP!
