hi jason,
when I had my trio they cup fed...well Bart and Makeda did, Kaiya preferred to hunt so I let a few small crix loose and hoped for the best! She would bowl feed as well tho'. I always kept fresh food accessible to any loose crix. I also fed them D. heydei fruit flies. They stcuk around and the chams liked them! I put a pice of fruit on a wood skewer and stuck it in a plant pot so it was up at their level and near their favorite hangouts. Does this help?

>>you keep them in an aquarium with a layer of dirt on the ground. How do you insure that each of the chams in the aquarium in eating enough, and how do you know that the bugs arent going under the soil, giving you the illusion they are in fact eating.
