Thanks for your reply, have thought about the magnetic cat flap, only problem is one of my cats hates wearing a collar. Everyone she has had alsways ends up ripped to shreds in the garden.

Going to try and trap the cat and take it to a home, feel sorry for it. Just hope that I don't get clawed to death when trying to catch it!!!
