When he starts hunting and biting you need to very firmly and quietly place him in a "time out" cage/carrier or room for about 10 minutes. Be sure you have lots of different cat toys, including feathered wands and that you have a lot of playtimes with the kitten. One "rule of thumb" I read was to play with the kitten until he/she lies on his/her side and won't play anymore! This could be a long time, but a rewarding and bonding time for you and the cat as well. | ||
