Usually when this happens there is some ovarian tissue that got left behind. The cat will need an exam by the vet who did the spay. Hopefully if further surgery is needed s/he will not charge since the proceedure didn't work the first time.



The peeing and pooping may stop when the problem is fixed. I would recommend fixing the heat trouble first and then seeing if that other issue is resolved.
