Thanks, Steve. I eventually did figure it out. The instructions failed to mention when you needed to apply the hex nuts. It's working, it's quiet, and the water sparkles. Much, much better than the bio-wheel. "Tortuga" is enjoying the whirlpool like atmosphere (I think).
