She sounds like a really loving cat(at least for your husband and when he is away to you). I have a cat that looks like a MC. She is extremely lovey. She used to sleep on her own pillow on my bed. When I moved out and had to leave her she started making the rest of my family pay attention to her. Though if I go home for a visit. She is back to ignoring them and following me around.
