Vet check is a good idea for UTI. If she doesn't have one. You need to retrain her to use the litter box for peeing. Confine her to a small room with food water and litter box. Once she starts using it with out going outside of it you can expand her living space. Also, some cats don't like to pee in the same box the poo in. So you may want to try having two boxes.

Make sure you clean all the places she has gone with Nature's Miracle.
