Now know it's not UTI-it's Behavioral How Long?

I'm adding another litterbox, have been using Feliway 2x a day for about 4 days, am waiting for delivery of the plug in Feliway, have Cat Attract to add to litter from the vet's office (looks like oregano and parsley!) It appears my 6 yrear old Bengal is jealous of the new kitten I brought home on 2/14, although he waited until the last week in April to begin peeing outside the litterbox. He is urinating not spraying (all three of my cats are male and neurtered). They Abby is 15 yrs old, the Bengal is 6 yrs old and the kitten is 4 months old.

Any idea how long it may take to steer the Bengal back to the litterbox?
